Zaccagni Pasta: Tradition, Quality, and Innovation since 1946

Founded in the heart of Abruzzo in 1946, Pastificio Artigianale Zaccagni is a benchmark for the production of high-quality pasta. Nestled among the green hills and authentic aromas of Italian culinary tradition, our pasta factory was born from the Zaccagni family's passion for cooking and the desire to bring pasta that expresses true craftsmanship to Italian and international tables.

Pasta Zaccagni

Raw Material of Excellence

Since its founding, our pasta factory has carefully selected the finest raw materials to ensure a superior product. We use only premium-quality durum wheat semolina , sourced from controlled and sustainable Italian supply chains, along with pure water from local springs . Each ingredient is chosen with the aim of offering pasta that is not only nutritious, but also capable of enhancing the flavors of Italian cuisine.

The Secret of Bronze Drawing

Our pasta is distinguished by its processing with bronze dies handed down from generation to generation, a technique that gives the surface a unique roughness and greater digestibility . This process not only respects tradition, but also ensures that each pasta shape captures sauces and condiments in the best possible way, for a truly unique experience.
inimitable gastronomic experience. The processing takes place with 100% certified Italian wheat , with cold mountain water, with slow, delicate drying at low temperatures, preserving the organoleptic properties of the raw material and guaranteeing an authentic and unmistakable flavour .

Sustainability and Innovation

Out of respect for the land that gives us its fruits, Pastificio Artigianale Zaccagni is committed to sustainability. We continually invest in advanced technologies and production processes that reduce environmental impact, from the use of renewable energy to responsible water management. We founded our own farm, "Le Prunaie," where we produce only certified organic wheat for our "Bio" line, extra virgin olive oil, and wine. Our packaging is designed to be recyclable, a further step toward a greener future. We continually collaborate with university researchers to develop new wheat blends to create pasta that increasingly strives for excellence.
