Zaccagni's Chitarra Pasta is a timeless classic of the Abruzzo tradition , made with selected durum wheat semolina and pure Majella water.

This unique shape, in the home tradition, is obtained thanks to the ancient processing with the "carrator," a special wooden tool with a grid of metal wires, which gives the pasta clean edges and a rough surface, perfect for capturing every drop of sauce.
